Can you pass the test?

Based on the past two elections and the lies people still believe about Obama. it's quite evident that the masses fail to educate themselves on the candidates' platform or their backgrounds before casting their vote. And it's really sad when the less fortunate blindly vote against who or what would truly represent their own needs. We've seen the results of that ignorance - 8 years of it - so what do you think about voters having to pass a test so we at least know voters are making a somewhat educated choice? Yes, an IQ test to vote. Or are you afraid like I am that it would be rigged, too?
